2024 Fly-in Information:
For event scheduled for June 21-23, 2024, and for the rain date the following weekend.
Required Fly-in Briefing Paper - this must be carefully
read and studied and all information agreed to by all participants in the

The Briefing Paper may also be used by pilots and others for individual visits to the airstrip at other times, if given permission beforehand.
Required Fly-in Online Registration Form - This must be
completed by the pilot or other leader of a plane, vehicle, or group wishing to
attend and participate. If partial information is entered the form may be
updated up to 2 days prior to the fly-in.
